Kokoro, a Japanese term meaning 'heart', embodies the connection of spirit, soul, mind, and body. This well-being centre is thoughtfully designed to nurture every aspect of well-being—physical, mental, and emotional. It serves as a sanctuary where individuals can access a diverse range of services and resources, all aimed at enhancing overall health and harmony.

The design of this wellness centre, inspired by the Wabi-Sabi philosophy, aims to address the widespread mental health impact of the COVID-19 pandemic by creating a space that fosters well-being. By incorporating natural materials like wood, stone, and ceramics, along with natural light and negative space, the design emphasizes simplicity, imperfection, and a deep connection to nature. This approach promotes mindfulness, relaxation, and a sense of harmony with the natural world.
